Maple Haven Campground, North Woodstock NH

Over the winter we upgraded from a pop-up camper to a 23′ travel trailer so we wanted to find an inexpensive campground with full hookups for the maiden voyage. Maple Haven fit the bill for us, they were inexpensive and only about 1.5 hours away in North Woodstock, NH.

When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful hostess. She was so happy and cheerful and told us that we were the only ones there so we could pick any site we wanted. We drove around and decided that site 52A was the site that checked all the boxes. When they say their sites are wooded they aren’t kidding, there was easily 50′ of trees between us and the next site.

The kids noticed the fresh flowing brook at the back of the site and they played in there all weekend! It was so nice seeing my oldest play in the water with his cousins. Normally he is shy with everyone, even them but not in the brook! We wound up running down to the Dollar General to grab some water guns and sand toys for them to use in the creek!

This is honestly an amazing campground to stay at. It has plenty to do for the kids and it is in a beautiful area! We were very impressed with this campground. I would recommend everyone to give this campground a try.
